Privacy notice
Effective date: 20th of October 2026. Version 1.0.
1. Who is responsible for your information
EDUCAȚIE INFORMALĂ S.A., trading as Informal School of IT, is the controller of personal data processed for the purposes described here. Our registered office is Str. Henri Barbusse nr. 59–61, Clădirea C6, etaj IV, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania; unique registration code 34526760. Contact info@scoalainformala.ro, marked “Privacy”, or +40 374 494 848. You can also write to our registered office.
This notice covers informalschool.com, course enquiries and enrolment, our delivery and administration of training, business contacts and the associated communications. A course-specific notice may provide additional details about an authorised qualification, a funded programme or an optional feature before the relevant information is collected. A third party's separate processing is covered by its notice; that does not replace information we must provide about our own processing.
You do not need to consent to this notice. We identify the applicable legal basis for each activity below. A contract or an enquiry is not permission for every other use of your information.
2. Information we collect and its sources
Depending on your interaction, we collect identification and contact details; the organisation and role of a business contact; course interests and relevant prerequisites; application, attendance, assignment, assessment and certificate information; order, billing, payment-status and tax-location information; account and support information; and the content of communications you send us. Security and connection information can include IP address, device or browser details, timestamps and relevant server or account events. Identifiers and browsing information used for optional analytics or advertising are collected only under the arrangements described in our Cookie Policy.
We receive information directly from you, from an employer or other organisation arranging your training, from the instructors and learning systems used to deliver your course, and from payment providers concerning the outcome of a payment. If another person nominates you, we normally receive your name, professional contact details and course nomination. We identify any additional source and provide the required information at the first relevant communication or disclosure, and no later than one month after obtaining the data unless a lawful exception applies.
Please do not send copies of identity documents, national identification numbers, health details or confidential employer or client files through general enquiry forms. For an authorised qualification or a legally required record, we explain any necessary additional data and the applicable requirement separately. Where an accessibility adjustment requires sensitive information, we seek only what is needed, restrict access and identify a suitable Article 9 GDPR condition, such as explicit consent to a genuinely optional disclosure or necessity for legal claims. We do not infer a general consent to health-data processing from an accommodation request.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries and individual bookings
We use your contact details, questions, relevant prerequisites and order information to respond to your request, prepare an offer and deliver a contract with you. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, for necessary pre-contract steps requested by you and contractual performance. If you simply contact us about a general issue, our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) is to answer correspondence and manage the issue appropriately.
Business contacts and employer funded learning
We use professional contact information to negotiate and administer business training and coordinate participants. Where the contract is with your employer rather than with you, the basis is normally our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in providing and administering that training, rather than claiming that you are personally a party to your employer's contract. Necessary statutory qualification records may instead rely on Article 6(1)(c). Any individual training agreement is assessed separately.
Teaching and course administration
We use necessary enrolment, attendance, assignment, assessment and support information to teach, provide feedback and administer the promised service. The basis is contractual necessity for an individual customer, or the legitimate interests described above for employer-funded participants. Required statutory certification, accounting, tax or regulatory records rely on Article 6(1)(c) and the applicable Romanian or other relevant legal obligations, including the rules governing authorised adult training where applicable.
Payments and legal records
We process billing and payment-status information to administer payment, maintain legally required records and meet tax obligations, including evidence of customer location where required. The bases are Article 6(1)(b) for a contract with you, Article 6(1)(f) for administration of a business contract, and Article 6(1)(c) for accounting and tax duties. We disclose the necessary data to payment providers; their payment-processing role and notice are identified in the payment flow. Do not send full card details to us by email.
Security and resolving problems
We use proportionate logs, account information and correspondence to secure the service, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, handle complaints and establish or defend legal claims. The basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in protecting users, systems and legal rights, or Article 6(1)(c) where a specific legal duty applies. We assess necessity and balance these interests against your rights. We do not use security as a blanket justification for unrelated behavioural tracking.
Newsletters and optional marketing
We send optional newsletters and promotional email on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a), subject to the applicable electronic-marketing rules. You may unsubscribe through the link in each message or contact us at any time. Service messages about a requested offer or an existing booking are separate from marketing. We do not make course purchase conditional on newsletter consent, and an employer cannot give marketing consent on behalf of its staff.
Optional analytics and advertising
Where enabled and listed in the Cookie Settings, we use optional analytics to understand website use and advertising technology to measure campaigns or present relevant advertising, only after your applicable consent. The basis for associated personal-data processing is Article 6(1)(a), alongside the consent required for device storage or access. You choose the categories separately and can withdraw through Cookie Settings. We do not treat a professional visitor as exempt from these requirements.
Recordings and public references
Participant recording and automatic transcription are not enabled by default. Any proposed use is explained in a specific advance notice that states the precise purpose, scope, audience, provider, retention and lawful basis. Advertising use of identifiable images, testimonials or participant work requires separate voluntary permission and an appropriate legal basis. No general publicity consent is implied by enrolment.
4. Information you need to provide
Fields necessary for an enquiry, a contract or a legal requirement are identified in the relevant form. If necessary information is not supplied, we may be unable to answer that request, supply the service or issue the relevant statutory certificate; we explain the consequence at that stage. Refusal of optional marketing, advertising cookies or publicity permission does not prevent ordinary browsing or purchase. We do not collect a home address or an identity-document copy merely to allow general website browsing.
5. Who receives information
Access is limited to authorised staff and instructors who need the information for their work. Relevant recipients may include website hosting and maintenance providers, communication and CRM providers, learning and video-conference providers, payment and banking providers, accountants, auditors, legal advisers and competent authorities. Processors act under appropriate contractual instructions and safeguards; independent controllers remain responsible for their own lawful processing.
Where an employer purchases training, we share the agreed and necessary administration, attendance, completion or assessment information with it, after making the scope clear to participants. We do not give an employer unrestricted access to private support conversations or sensitive accommodation details. A certificate verification request is answered using the minimum information and an appropriate lawful basis.
We do not disclose participant lists to recruiters, sponsors or partners for their own marketing merely because they support a course. Any such separate activity requires prior, specific information and an appropriate legal basis. If we jointly determine a processing activity with another organisation, we explain the respective responsibilities and make the essence of the joint-controller arrangement available.
6. International transfers
Where a provider or recipient accesses or processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we identify the destination and transfer arrangement in the service-provider schedule. The location of a server alone does not determine whether remote access involves a transfer.
We use a valid adequacy decision covering the recipient and processing concerned, or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with the required assessment and supplementary measures. For a US recipient relying on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, reliance is limited to an eligible recipient with an active certification covering the relevant data and a legally effective adequacy decision. A provider's general claim of “GDPR compliance” is not itself a transfer mechanism.
You may request information about the applicable safeguards and a copy or accessible summary, with necessary protection for third-party rights, by contacting us. We do not seek blanket acceptance of worldwide transfers by asking you to accept course terms. If an exceptional Article 49 derogation is proposed, we explain its conditions and any specific risks separately.
7. How long we keep information
We apply the following retention rules, subject to a documented legal hold or a longer mandatory period for a particular record. We delete or irreversibly anonymise information once its purpose and lawful retention period end.
Unsuccessful enquiries and applications: normally up to 12 months after the last substantive contact. Information retained for a separate marketing subscription follows the marketing rule, not an indefinite enquiry record.
Ordinary course contracts, attendance, assessments and complaints: normally for the course or complaint duration and three years after its completion or final resolution, taking account of any applicable limitation period, interruption, extension or live dispute. Necessary evidence for digital-content conformity is retained for the relevant statutory liability period, including five years from an individual supply where Romanian law applies, and longer only where a documented claim or applicable legal rule requires it. This does not determine the retention of statutory qualification or accounting records.
Statutory qualification and certificate records: for the period required by the specific authorised-training, certification, funding and archival rules, which may exceed the ordinary course period. The programme-specific information identifies the applicable record category and period or legal retention criterion. We do not retain every uploaded document indefinitely merely because a certificate must remain verifiable.
Accounting and tax documents: for the legally required period; Romanian accounting supporting documents are generally retained for five years calculated from 1 July of the year following the relevant financial year. Special tax records follow their specific rules, including ten-year retention for relevant VAT One Stop Shop records where that scheme applies.
Optional marketing: until consent is withdrawn or the contact has been inactive for 24 months, after which we remove it from active marketing or obtain a fresh valid choice. We may retain minimal suppression information to avoid contacting someone who opted out, and evidence of consent for the period needed to demonstrate compliance and address claims, normally three years after the relevant use ends.
Ordinary technical security logs: normally up to 90 days. Relevant extracts may be retained longer for a documented incident, claim or legal obligation. Account data that is no longer needed for course access is normally removed within 24 months after access ends; records with another retention basis are kept separately.
Optional recordings or chatbot conversations: the precise period is stated before the feature is used and in the relevant feature notice. They are not retained under an undefined general “improvement” purpose. Cookie lifetimes and consent-preference retention are described in the Cookie Policy and the verified inventory. Backup copies are removed through the documented backup cycle and are restricted from ordinary use; necessary deletion restrictions are restored after recovery.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access and a copy, correction, erasure, restriction, and portability of information processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Erasure is not absolute where we must keep information under law or for a justified legal claim.
You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. We then stop unless the legal conditions for continuing are satisfied. You may object to direct marketing at any time, including related profiling, and we stop that use without requiring a reason.
Contact info@scoalainformala.ro to exercise your rights. There is no requirement to use a special form, provide a handwritten signature or pay a fee in ordinary cases. We may request proportionate verification if we reasonably doubt identity; we do not routinely require a full identity-document copy. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If the law permits an extension of up to two further months due to complexity or the number of requests, we explain the extension and reasons within the initial month. If we cannot act, we explain why and your complaint and judicial remedies.
You may complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, https://www.dataprotection.ro/, or another competent supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. You do not need to contact us first. Relevant additional rights and authorities under another applicable data protection law remain available.
9. Automated decisions and AI
Under our standard learning service, admission, final assessment, certification and exclusion decisions are not made solely by automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If a materially different automated process is proposed, we provide the required advance information about its legal basis, relevant logic, significance, expected consequences and safeguards, and assess it before deployment. A general reference to “AI” is not sufficient information or consent.
Optional advertising may group consenting visitors by interests inferred from website activity; it is not used to decide admission or certification. You can decline or withdraw the relevant cookie consent. Any public chatbot is identified as AI before interaction and has a specific notice about its provider, data, retention, transfers and human contact route.
10. Security and updates
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the information and risks, including appropriate access restrictions, secure transmission, supplier controls, backup arrangements and incident handling. No online system is risk-free. Where a personal data breach requires notification to an authority or affected individuals, we make that notification under the applicable legal rules. We do not condition mandatory notification on a customer's prior approval.
We publish a new effective date when this notice changes and bring material changes to your attention where appropriate. A notice update does not retrospectively legitimise an incompatible new purpose or replace consent where consent is required.
Cookie policy
Effective date: 20th of October 2026. Version 1.0.
1. What this policy covers
EDUCAȚIE INFORMALĂ S.A. operates informalschool.com. Contact info@scoalainformala.ro for cookie or privacy questions. This policy covers cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, tags, embedded media and other mechanisms that store information on or access information from your device. It should be read with the Privacy Notice.
A cookie is a small piece of information that a browser stores for a website or service. Some technologies operate for a session; others remain for a stated period. Identifiers, IP addresses, device information and browsing activity may identify or be linked to a person. They are not automatically anonymous merely because a name is absent.
2. Categories and your choices
Strictly necessary technologies enable functions such as secure access, an expressly requested transaction and remembering your privacy choices. We use this exemption only where the technology is necessary for transmitting a communication or providing a service you expressly request. Advertising, audience measurement and general business convenience are not automatically necessary for that purpose. Necessary technologies do not require the optional-cookie consent, but must still be explained and any associated personal-data processing must have a lawful basis.
Optional preferences remember non-essential choices or enable an optional external feature. Analytics measure how visitors use the site. Advertising technologies measure campaign performance, connect visits and help display relevant advertising. We activate these categories only after the applicable affirmative consent. You may accept or reject them separately. Categories that are not in use are not presented as if active.
Refusing optional cookies does not prevent ordinary browsing, enquiries or course purchase. A particular optional external feature may remain blocked until you choose to load it; where possible we offer a direct or privacy-preserving alternative. A browser setting that blocks a technically necessary cookie may affect the function it supports.
3. The current inventory
The detailed inventory
The current inventory of cookies and similar technologies used through informalschool.com is available through the “Cookie settings” link displayed on the website. That inventory forms part of this Cookie Policy and can be consulted before making a choice, after refusing optional cookies and whenever you wish to review your settings.
For each technology actually used, the inventory identifies its name or precise identifier, provider, setting or receiving domain, purpose, category, storage period, first-party or third-party status, and the applicable consent rule. It also identifies who may receive the relevant information and provides the applicable information about international transfers, directly or through a clearly identified section of our Privacy Notice.
The inventory includes strictly necessary technologies, even where no optional technologies are used. Local storage, pixels, tags and similar mechanisms are described according to how they actually operate, including where no conventional cookie is created.
Strictly necessary technologies and your privacy choices
A technology is classified as strictly necessary only where it is necessary to transmit a communication or to provide a service you expressly request. This may include remembering your privacy choices or maintaining a session needed for a requested account or transaction. A security-related label, commercial usefulness or inclusion in a third-party service does not, by itself, establish that an exemption applies.
We retain your saved cookie preference on your device for 180 days from the date you save or change your choice. The same period applies to acceptance and refusal. Merely returning to the website does not extend that period. The technical identifier, provider and domain of the preference record are disclosed in the inventory.
You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”. If the preference record expires or you delete it, we may ask you to choose again. Optional technologies remain disabled until the relevant consent is obtained. A material change to the purposes or providers may require a new choice before the affected technology is activated.
The 180-day period applies to the saved privacy preference, not to every cookie or to all personal data. Each other technology has its own stated duration. Any separate retention of consent evidence or other personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.
Optional technologies and unused categories
Optional preferences, analytics, advertising and optional third-party content are identified separately in the inventory wherever they are used. Their relevant technologies are activated only after you give the consent required for the stated purpose. Continuing to browse, closing the banner or accepting course terms does not constitute that consent.
Where a category is not deployed, the inventory expressly states “Not in use”. A category that is deployed but disabled because you have refused consent remains described in the inventory; it is not presented as unused.
We do not activate a new optional technology until its inventory entry and consent settings have been checked. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent ordinary browsing, enquiries or enrolment. Where an optional embedded feature remains blocked, we explain any available alternative.
Keeping the inventory accurate
The inventory is updated when the deployed technologies, providers, purposes or storage periods change. A provider’s general cookie or privacy policy supplements the inventory and does not replace the information about our own configuration.
The same review covers technologies used on connected registration or payment pages and any related server-side tracking. The absence of a browser cookie does not, by itself, remove applicable consent or data protection requirements.
4. How to give or withdraw consent
On your first relevant visit, you can choose “Accept all optional cookies”, “Reject optional cookies” or “Choose settings”. No optional category is preselected. Continuing to browse, scrolling, closing the banner or accepting course terms is not cookie consent.
The persistent “Cookie settings” control lets you change or withdraw choices as easily as you gave them. Withdrawal stops future use of optional technologies within our control and removes or disables associated identifiers where technically possible. It does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some independently stored third-party data may require a request to the recipient; we explain the relevant recipient and route rather than claiming we can erase all of its data ourselves.
We keep an appropriate record of your choice and the version of the notice shown. You can change it at any time. We ask again when a material change requires fresh consent, and when the recorded preference expires under the disclosed settings. A cookie's lifetime is distinct from the period for which a recipient may retain the associated data.
5. Browser controls and contact
You can also manage cookies through your browser's privacy controls, including viewing or deleting stored items. Clearing browser storage may remove the record of your choice, so the site may ask again. Our Cookie Settings remain the main way to manage consent for technologies we deploy. General advertising opt-out websites or browser settings are not a substitute for that control.
The Privacy Notice explains your data protection rights, recipients, international transfers and complaint options. Material changes to optional purposes or providers require the relevant review and consent before the changed technology is enabled.
Complaints and consumer redress
1. Contact our team
For a course, payment, access or service complaint, contact EDUCAȚIE INFORMALĂ S.A. at info@scoalainformala.ro or Str. Henri Barbusse nr. 59–61, Clădirea C6, etaj IV, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania. Telephone: +40 374 494 848. Include your order reference, the issue and the outcome you seek; do not send unnecessary identity documents or payment-card data.
We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two working days and provide a substantive response within 15 calendar days. If more time is reasonably needed, we explain why and give a response date. These service targets do not replace legal deadlines or restrict your remedies.
2. Consumer authorities and alternative dispute resolution
Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection at https://anpc.ro/. Information and applications concerning its alternative dispute resolution service are available at https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro/. The competent body will assess the admissibility of a particular dispute and the applicable procedure. We do not represent that every complaint must be accepted or that an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) outcome is always binding.
When a complaint cannot be resolved directly, we provide the relevant ADR information and state, on a durable medium, whether we are required or willing to use the applicable procedure. Mandatory participation or other duties remain unaffected. Court proceedings remain available according to the applicable law.
For an eligible cross-border EU, Icelandic or Norwegian consumer dispute, your European Consumer Centre may provide information and assistance: https://www.eccnet.eu/. Consumers elsewhere may use their competent local authority and any remedies available under mandatory law.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025. It is not an available complaint submission channel. Please use the current authority and redress links above.
3. Other concerns
To exercise withdrawal rights, use the Withdrawal page, the online withdrawal function where applicable, or an unequivocal statement by email or post. A complaint is not a prerequisite to withdrawal. For personal data concerns, see the Privacy Notice and your right to contact a supervisory authority. For accessibility support, see Accessibility Information. None of these contact routes imposes exclusive Romanian jurisdiction on a consumer or automatically suspends a legal time limit.
Withdrawal information and model form
1. Your withdrawal right
For an eligible distance contract, you have 14 calendar days after the day the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. The Consumer Course Terms explain reimbursement, the proportionate cost of services expressly requested during that period and the specific conditions for loss of withdrawal rights after complete performance or supply of identified digital content. Any more protective mandatory right remains available.
Send an unequivocal statement to info@scoalainformala.ro or the registered-office address below before the deadline. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. For contracts concluded through our online interface, use “Withdraw from contract” and then “Confirm withdrawal”; we acknowledge your submission on a durable medium without undue delay. Email remains available if you encounter a technical problem. A reason for withdrawing is not required.
2. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Responsible use of AI in learning
1. Our approach
AI may be a subject of a course or an expressly identified tool used in a learning activity. These are different from an AI system making decisions about a learner. We identify required AI tools, material costs and account requirements before purchase and explain feature-specific processing before activation. A course about AI does not itself certify compliance with every obligation under the EU AI Act.
2. Human contact and decisions
An AI chatbot, if enabled, is clearly identified before you interact with it. It can help with general information, but it may make errors. Ask our team at info@scoalainformala.ro for confirmation of enrolment, prices, certification, complaints or other matters affecting your contract. An AI label does not remove our responsibility for information or services for which we are legally responsible.
Under our standard course arrangements, admission, final grading, certification and exclusion decisions are not made solely by AI. Learners can ask for a human explanation and review of a decision affecting them. We do not use AI to infer learners' emotions in an educational setting in circumstances prohibited by law, or use unlawful biometric categorisation or manipulative practices.
3. Safe use during courses
Use synthetic, public or properly anonymised material for exercises. Do not upload personal data, employer or client files, confidential code, passwords or API keys to unapproved AI tools. Check outputs for accuracy, bias, intellectual property restrictions and suitability before relying on them. Course-specific rules state when AI assistance is allowed, how it should be acknowledged and which assessed work must be completed independently.
Your original submissions are not licensed to us for general-purpose AI model training merely by your enrolment. Any proposed separate use requires its own lawful arrangement and appropriate information. A third-party tool's processing, retention and training settings are reviewed and disclosed before it is made a required part of a course.
4. Transparency about generated content
We provide the disclosures required for synthetic or manipulated content, including applicable deepfake and public-interest publication disclosures. We distinguish the duties of a system provider from those of a user or deployer, and apply relevant exceptions only where their conditions are met. We do not describe an invented person, testimonial or achievement as a real one.
If you have a concern about an AI interaction, an assessment or an inappropriate output, contact our team. The Privacy Notice describes the relevant personal-data rights. Any live AI feature must also display its own notice identifying its purpose, provider, data use, retention, transfers and human contact route.
Accessibility information
This information concerns informalschool.com and the consumer enrolment service operated by EDUCAȚIE INFORMALĂ S.A.
1. The service
The website provides course information and the available ways to enquire, enrol and obtain learning services. Where direct online purchasing is offered, its consumer journey includes selecting a course, reviewing prerequisites and the total price, supplying the necessary information, accepting the terms, paying, receiving confirmation and using relevant account and withdrawal functions. The applicable Course Description explains the delivery format, learning-platform requirements and available support.
2. Accessibility of the service
Accessibility approach and scope
EDUCAȚIE INFORMALĂ S.A. is committed to making the information and services offered through informalschool.com accessible to people with disabilities. Our accessibility objective is to enable users to understand the available courses, contact us, apply or enrol, and exercise their contractual rights.
Our accessibility work covers the home page, course catalogue and individual course pages, contact and application forms, legal information and cookie controls. It also covers the connected registration, account, authentication, payment, confirmation and withdrawal functions where these form part of the service. Relevant learning platforms and course materials are included in the review of the learner experience.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a technical design and evaluation target, alongside the applicable requirements of Romanian Law No. 232/2022. This target is not a certification or a statement that every requirement has already been met.
Website and transaction features
Our design and review objectives are to provide:
- Keyboard access to interactive functions, with a logical navigation order, visible focus and no keyboard traps.
- Clear headings, meaningful link labels, a logical reading order and text alternatives for informative images.
- Readable text, sufficient contrast, and resizing and reflow without loss of essential information or functionality; information should not depend on colour alone.
- Clearly labelled forms, understandable instructions and errors, and opportunities to review and correct information before making a contractual or payment commitment.
- Accessible authentication and security steps, including alternatives to inaccessible challenges, together with usable payment, account recovery and withdrawal functions.
- Controls and status messages that assistive technologies can identify and interpret, including when using a screen reader.
Course information and learning materials
Before enrolment, users may ask us about the accessibility of a particular course, its teaching format, required software and learning platform. We will discuss the requested adjustment and confirm the arrangements and delivery time.
Depending on the material and the learner’s needs, appropriate arrangements may include a structured text version of a document, an accessible presentation, captions, a transcript, a description of essential visual content, or an alternative way to complete an activity. These examples do not mean that every format is already available for every course. The chosen arrangement must address the relevant barrier and any applicable accessibility requirement. A transcript is not automatically an equivalent substitute for captions or audio description.
Known limitations and alternatives
Areas requiring confirmation include connected registration and payment services, embedded multimedia, downloadable documents and learning platforms.
If a barrier prevents you from obtaining information or completing a step, please contact us using the channels in Section 3. We will review the issue and explain an accessible way to obtain the relevant information or assistance. Depending on the task, this may involve providing information in an accessible electronic format, explaining the steps by telephone, or assisting with an enrolment or withdrawal request. Assistance must preserve your choices, contractual rights and payment security.
For each confirmed material limitation, we will identify the affected function, the available alternative and the expected correction date, and update this information when those details change. Barriers that prevent enrolment, payment or the exercise of contractual rights will receive priority. Assistance supplements the accessibility of the service; it does not replace our obligation to remedy non-compliance.
Exemptions
No exemption based on disproportionate burden or fundamental alteration is relied on in this statement. Any future reliance on a statutory exemption will require the applicable legal conditions to be met and documented, and its scope to be identified accurately. A technical preference, the use of a third-party supplier or cost alone is not treated as a general exemption.
3. Assistance and feedback
Contact info@scoalainformala.ro, marked “Accessibility”, or +40 374 494 848 if you experience a barrier or need information in an accessible form. Tell us the relevant page or course, the task you were trying to complete and the format or adjustment that would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis merely to report a barrier. We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days and explain the next steps or an available alternative without undue delay.
Where the Romanian accessibility rules for consumer e-commerce apply, you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection at https://anpc.ro/, without prejudice to other competent authorities or remedies. We maintain and update the accessibility information for the service. A contact channel does not replace the obligation to make covered functions accessible.
