Informal School of IT, a trusted partner of software companies: IT company representatives met face to face with graduates at Community Day Iași
Managers from Cognizant Softvision, Gemini Cad Systems, Tremend Software Consulting, Adservio, Beenear, Visma, Yonder, Strongbytes, EPAM, Signant Health, Codecamp, Ness Digital Engineering, CGM Software Romania, Digital Stack, Train2Perform, BCR Social Finance, and more, took part in Community Day, our traditional event, held on October 6, at Fab Lab Iași.
The initiative is part of a series of actions dedicated to IT enthusiasts, aiming to build a bridge between the education system and the software industry job market. The national event, organized in the 7 biggest tech hubs in Romania, marks 9 years since the Informal School of IT started changing Romanians' lives for the better.After the Community Day editions in Craiova and Iași, we'll also be meeting IT enthusiasts from Bucharest, Brașov, Cluj-Napoca, Craiova, Sibiu and Timișoara in the near future.
"Demand for talent is growing" – the message from IT companies at Community Day

In its 9 years of activity, the Informal School of IT has formed neutral partnerships with IT companies across the country, and the Community Day event series brings together the entire community of tech enthusiasts.Florin Cardasim, Managing Partner at Strongbytes & Co-founder of Codecamp, told future students:

Everyone in the audience interested in the opportunity of a career in IT and in the Informal School of IT's courses received insights into the industry's job market, straight from company representatives, hands-on mentors, and graduates who got hired at software companies.
Florin Neica, for example, graduated the Intro in IT, Software Testing and Test Automation courses.
